Fairtrade Week: discover Eosta's organic Fairtrade offering

Fairtrade is known to many from products such as bananas, coffee, tea, cocoa and cane sugar – which can be found in many European supermarkets. With bananas being the most well-known fresh Fairtrade product. The range of fresh Fairtrade products is widening, including pineapple, avocado, ginger, coconut, lychee, mango, papaya, passion fruit and cherry tomatoes. However, the range of organic Fairtrade products remains limited. Ginger and lime, along with bananas, are the most common fresh organic Fairtrade products. 

Eosta has been the only European supplier to offer organic Fairtrade avocados since spring 2024, with a living wage for employees in the packing stations. Organic Fairtrade avocados will be available again from March/April 2025. Besides avocados, you can buy Fairtrade organic limes at Eosta all year round. Other Fairtrade products are in development.
